What was the highlight of Quark Hotel Milano
Could have been better for the price.
The breakfast was great.
The room had no storage space and no horizontal surfaces to place anything on, especially in the bathroom. No place to put make-up. No place to hang towels. Hot water pot provided but the outlet for cord was near night stand, which was really small and it was kind of dangerous to have it there. This might been an ok room for one night, but anyone staying longer than that would be extremely unconfortable.

Lovely Hotel in a bit Isolated Location
The hotel is properly build with private parking and a decent building. Rooms and the overall spaces were great and comfy. Breakfast was decent for the price.
There is no room service unless you pay €15, which is a shame. The location is a bit far away from the city center and there are no public transport options nearby as well. Best way of transportation was taxi which costs around €20 to the city.

Great experience
The check in was great. Simone is a fantastic receptionist, trying to speak in Spanish all the time and helping us with all the questions. We were given a free upgrade. The room was huge and very comfortable and clean. The hotel was very close to a tram to get to the Duomo. 10’ walking and 15’ in tram. Fantastic breakfasts and waiters very professional
The service in the restaurant and bar in the evening was not very good. Our first night we had dinner there. We were 3 people and they brought us 5 dishes of vegetables… Mistakes are normal when working with people. But the way of apologising… the communication was not good. Waiters should always repeat the orders to avoid mistakes. Last night we had dinner again and it was much better. But our last day, before having dinner, we went to the bar. We sat in one table and the waiter never came to ask us if we wanted something to drink. And the end I went to the self-service fridge to get two iced teas and one of my friends went twice to the count bar to ask for some beers. I would like to give a mark of 10 but I can’t because of the F&B service
